My name is Rebecca Lewko, BSC in Health Sciences, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Owner of My Workout Buddy LLC, and a Mom to one super awesome kiddo. AKA your partner, coach, workout-buddy and biggest cheerleader on your exciting journey in health and fitness.
I was overweight as a child and for most of my adult life. I understand the importance of health and how frustrating it can be to be overweight and unhappy with your body. I’ve been an athlete since an early age; however, I didn’t have the confidence back then to push myself into believing I could be something great. I have been weightlifting since age 12, I’ve played basketball and softball in high-school and love supporting our local athletic teams. I’m a mom of one tween who I strive to maintain a balanced approach to health and fitness in our home.
As a personal trainer, I will work with you with a personalized training approach, we’ll work together to break through barriers, harness your potential, and help you BELIEVE that you can (and will) achieve your personal fitness and health goals. I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

What is personal training/coaching?
Personal training/coaching is a tailored process that helps individuals identify limits, reshape negative thought patterns, and cultivate a growth-oriented mindset, enhancing both body and mind. We focus on personal strength and growth. We use the gym to strengthen our bodies and crush goals.
How are the training/coaching sessions conducted?
Our coaching sessions are conducted locally (within 30 miles) in person at the gym or online via video conferencing platform, ensuring convenience and accessibility for clients worldwide.
What commitment is required?
A commitment to coaching requires regular attendance to sessions, openness to change, and a willingness to never give up. 30-day written notification for cancellations is required. Coach gives one free missed session to each client for any reason given, after that a charge for missed session will be applied.
What results can I expect from the personal training/coaching?
From personal training/coaching, you can expect enhanced overall feeling of self-confidence, overcome limiting beliefs, and a proactive approach to body changes and challenges. This leads to increased confidence, greater life satisfaction, and progress in personal fitness/body composition goals.
How much does the training/coaching cost?

How do I know if the training/coaching is working?
You’ll definitely recognize the effectiveness of coaching through observable measurement and photo changes: increased shift confidence, muscle strength, changes in clothes size, perception of everyday chores/challenges, heightened confidence, and progress toward your personal goals. Additionally, consistent reflection and feedback sessions with your coach and tracking your intake/workout sessions will help assess and track your growth journey.
